ProDevGames is committed to client satisfaction. We approach every project with transparency, detailed milestone agreements, and clear communication to minimize disputes. This policy explains our fair refund procedures.
Initial deposits (minimum 50% of project value) are non-refundable once development work has commenced. This covers pre-development work including project setup, planning, and resource allocation. If ProDevGames fails to begin work within 14 days of the agreed start date without notice, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Milestone payments are eligible for partial refund if the delivered milestone work materially fails to meet the agreed specifications documented in the SOW, AND the issue cannot be resolved through revision. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of milestone delivery. We provide up to 2 rounds of revisions per milestone.
If you cancel a project after commencement, you will be charged for all work completed to date at our standard hourly rate ($85/hr). If this amount is less than deposits collected, the difference may be refunded. If it exceeds deposits, additional payment may be required.
To request a refund, email billing@bigwinner.blog with your project details, the specific deliverable in question, and a description of how it fails to meet specifications. We respond within 5 business days and aim to resolve all refund cases within 21 days.
Where a refund dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating arbitration as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
